Registration Fee and Deadline

A $30 registration fee will be charged to help cover the cost of the workshop. Lunch, coffee, and light refreshment will be provided for the participants. The registration fee will be collected only through on-site payment. We will accept cash or check. Please make checks payable to "Fontbonne University".

Please fill out the following form so that we can prepare badges and packages, and make lunch orders. Also it will help us in preparing the list of participants for the workshop.

The deadline for online registration is September 15th, 2016.
